A Fashion Collective

Project statement

The past 6 months have proven to be the most productive time of my life. I worked hard to create bodies of work that are cohesive and define me as a Conceptual Editorial Photographer. Establishing my photographic style and approach was paramount in describing myself as the artist I am. I have compiled images from two recent photoshoots that were my most successful - in that I felt the upmost creative empowerment whilst executing my visions. Not only am I proud of the work produced, but the process to create the images was unforgettable - working with amazing teams of people to create art is what I am meant to do.

About the Artist

Corinne Pompey is a Conceptual Editorial Photographer with a specific interest in beauty and fashion. Her photographic journey began when she was 7 years old, snapping selfies with her parents' point and shoot. She has grown to produce photographs that utilize natural tones and simplistic, yet intriguing lighting to compliment the form of any given subject.

“Corinne is a remarkable young artist. She has a passion for photography and is committed to her practice. In both my Constructed Image and Photography Seminar classes, she produced excellent work – dynamic ideas translated into powerful visual statements. Through iterations of technical experimentation, her work powerfully expresses serious thought, research, and intent.“
